Please note that deposits are non refundable.

You must call the salon to cancel any appointment 24 hours before your treatment date.

If you fail to turn up to an appointment without cancelling more than 2 times, you will be banned from making any future appointments.

Please note that makeup Prices will increase during bank holidays, public holidays, festivals & Sunday’s. Please call the salon for price updates.

We will ensure all clients receive the same quality service. We will never discriminate against age, sexuality, disability, race or class.

We will always endeavor to keep your schedule d appointment time. However, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we can run behind. In this unlikely event, we will always give you an expected wait time.

All personal data held at The Salon will not be shared with third parties. We are committed to meeting data protection obligations ensuring the protection and security of all personal data.

Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
