Your deposit .Please note, as our employees are individual businesses their deposit maybe be lower and/or higher in price. Please confirm with your technician what their set deposit rate is.

We require 48 hours’ notice if you decide to cancel your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment after the 48 hours’ notice period you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay the remaining outstanding balance for the treatment cost.
If you miss your appointment you will automatically forfeit your deposit & will be expected to pay for the missed appointment.
Please contact us if you are going to be late.
If you’re late for your appointment you will still be required to pay for the appointment time. Your technician will determine whether or not they can still go ahead with your appointment so please be sure to call us to check on this.
All initial deposits are deducted from the total cost of the treatment.
All Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
